Ratafia is a very fruity, non-effervescent wine. Its elegant flacon will be appreciated by your guests. We suggest it as an aperitif, also as a starter with a melon skewer with Bayonne ham.
If you want to be audacious, try it at the time of the cheese, with goat or camembert you will be charmed.
Keep your bottles in a cool cellar (about 12 °) as far as possible. To taste fresh (between 6 and 8 °).
